Soy Sauce Free Asian Broccoli



Clean the broccoli and chop the florets into approx. 1 1/2 inch pieces

Steam the broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes (you want to be able to stick a fork through the stem) or until desired texture (about 3 minutes if you prefer it on the harder side)

Transfer the cooked broccoli to a bowl, make sure the water is fully drained

Heat a pan over medium heat and add the avocado oil

Place the broccoli in the pan and saute for about a minute until the oil has coated each piece

Add the coconut aminos, garlic powder, onion powder, mustard powder and ginger powder & salt. Add pepper and red pepper flakes to taste (based off your spice preference)

Stir the broccoli until the spices have been fully combined

Garnish with your choice of sesame seeds!
